I submitted an application on the Ford job website, and I was contacted to schedule a phone interview a couple weeks later. HR and interviewers were very friendly, and it was a very comfortable interview.

Tell me about yourself. There were a few technical questions based on my skill set, which I mentioned in my resume, and a few behavioral questions. Overall, it was an average interview, but at the end, it didn't go well.

Be prepared for both behavioural and technical questions. An initial screening would be done, which is based on your resume experience and projects. I think it should not be a big problem for one to crack the initial round.
