Pros: Given the right job, working at Ford is a good experience. Projects are very interesting, with a chance to travel overseas to Europe and Asia. Most people are interesting and easy to get along with.
Cons: Very big company and easy to get lost in the shuffle. It is also a bit cliquey and hard to figure out some days.
