Pros: Ford has the best-trained workforce in manufacturing and engineering. Opportunities to work around the country and to have hands-on experience. I felt empowered to do as I felt necessary and complete tasks on time. Very good relations with upper management allowed me to express concerns and accomplishments on major projects.

Cons: Some downsides were long hours on launches and meetings that were way too long.

Pros: Enough parking space. You can come to work late as long as you finish your assignment.

Cons: They don't care much about general salaried roll employees. They act like the company makes profits only because of the CEO. The Product Development Center is full of an obnoxious smell. Employees feel like they work in a 20th-century building. The benefits and health insurance are the industry's worst. After you pay high health insurance premiums and deductibles, your take-home money shrinks a lot.
