Pros: Lots of room for advancement if you make yourself stand out. Pays well with nice benefits. Access to a lot of training opportunities. Good work-life balance, except when you're on a launch.
Cons: Easy to get lost in the crowd. It all depends on your manager. A lot of people are stuck in the "this is how we've always done it" mindset, which can make some things frustrating.
