I got a phone call from the HR department. We talked about job details and my expectations. Then, taking an online assessment was requested.
Next, I had to visit the company and have a group meeting with other applicants. Totally, there were 6 applicants and 4 people from the company. It was strange that they did not introduce themselves.
You got a case study and tried to figure out the best possible solution and prepare a presentation. The topic was definitely not technical in an engineering sense, but about increasing the sales of a product.
