Applied for the Applied Product and Development position from the Company's website. Did an on-line assessment, including math, situational judgment, and verbal reasoning. Two days after passing the on-line assessment, HR called me for a phone screen. It took 20 minutes to finish the phone screen. During the phone screen, my education, research experience, and relevant skills were asked about. Every question required providing a specific example to demonstrate problem-solving skills relevant to product development.
