Process

I applied at a school career fair and received an interview. The interview itself seemed to go well, and the interviewers were very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable about the process.

About two weeks after the interview, I was prompted to fill out an official employment application. I have yet to hear anything else.

Questions

There really weren't any unexpected questions. Most seemed to be the usual behavioral questions, which I had prepared for.

Pros: Ford has many developmental opportunities, and they seem to be very open to employees moving around as they forge their careers. The "Ford College Graduate" developmental program is fantastic.

Cons: Very old-school working environment. Offices are pretty drab and leave a lot to be desired. Culture could stand to improve a bit.
