Pros: Great pay, lots of intern events to get to know others. Good communication and advice from FCGs about what it's like to do the rotational program.
Cons: Lack of interaction and direction from supervisor. Very poor communication with HR. I didn't get paid for the first six weeks, and HR was very delayed and unhelpful.
