More and more growth opportunities as the company transitions to become more tech-focused.
Cons: Directions are not clear, and the project scope changes frequently. The pay is okayish, but not the best.

Pros: No pressure; things take a long time. Most everyone goes home at 5 p.m. People are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Low pay, things take a long time. Not efficient central services. No laptops for contractors. Itek is a dump. Needs new carpets.
