Process
Had one phone screen, and the recruiter said I was a great candidate but then just ghosted me. Poor interview process. Wish they were more professional, but she said there would be two more rounds after.

Great WLB but limited growth
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Dearborn, Michigan, United States
December 26, 2022
Pros: 1. Great WLB.
2. Was able to work on multiple interesting projects during my stay.
3. Salary was ok for the area (Dearborn, MI).
Cons: 1. The tech stack gets stale. We kept forcing the same framework/tools for every project without considering alternatives and upgrades.
2. Management and planning were lacking in my team. People were put in misfit roles, and projects got delayed due to everyone trying to work on the same thing (which they shouldn't be working on).
3. There were not a lot of growth opportunities.
