2. Work-life balance
3. No micromanagement
Cons: In the last 3 years, layoffs have become pretty common. This mostly happens for vendor employees, working from Altematrix, HTC, and others.

Pros: Very good infrastructure in Chennai, which has all facilities like a gym, badminton court, etc.
Good in terms of work-life balance (depends on the project).
Friendly atmosphere.
Cons: Very few or no perks, like internet bill reimbursement or any annual gift.
Less focus on learning and development. Not having any monthly in-person trainings for upskilling.
