Very good infrastructure in Chennai, which has all facilities like a gym, badminton court, etc.
Good in terms of work-life balance (depends on the project).
Friendly atmosphere.
Very few or no perks, like internet bill reimbursement or any annual gift.
Less focus on learning and development. Not having any monthly in-person trainings for upskilling.
Please provide some perks, like internet bill reimbursement.
Please start some in-person trainings in the office for upskilling.
