I started by applying when Ford came to my university and had an info session. I had a 1-on-1 on-campus interview with a higher-up manager, which lasted about 45 minutes. I got a call the next day from the same interviewer asking me to come to Ford

I was first contacted by a supervisor who had a position open in his department. He conducted a phone interview with me. On the interview day, there was a presentation about Ford and their vision, a case study group session, and a personal interview.

Great interview, to the point, and quick response. Interview with three people on-site after a quick phone interview. Great and easy interview experience overall.
