Ford Interview Experiences
Product Test Engineer
Interviewed by an HR recruiting person at Headquarters. Sent to formal interviews at the Engineering facility. A technical written exam was performed. Interviewed by one manager and one supervisor. Interviewed the next day by the Hiring Manager.
Design and Release Engineer
Very straightforward. HR first, then supervisor, and then manager. I liked the fact that the process was very organized. All the interviews were in English, and they explained to me first what was expected of me.
Software Engineer
I only had two interviews. The first was with Human Resources via message, where they told me about the position, salary expectations, and the process. From there, a technical test that unfortunately I could not complete successfully.
