Interviewed by an HR recruiting person at Headquarters.

Sent to formal interviews at the Engineering facility. A technical written exam was performed.

Interviewed by one manager and one supervisor.

Interviewed the next day by the Hiring Manager.

Contacted by Human Resources about my acceptance. Briefly told about salary and benefits, and asked to sign the contract and start working the following week.

Pros: Friendly coworkers, competitive benefits, and management understands work/life balance for employees. Working in the auto industry can be interesting.

Cons: Very large company that requires significant time and effort to make small changes. The company is terribly behind in IT (too many systems still have MSDOS interfaces). Moving up the corporate ladder to management does not seem very beneficial when compared to the hours and stress levels. Buildings, offices, and facilities are pretty outdated.
