Manufacturing Engineer
The interview was conducted by two Ford employees. The interview started with me introducing myself. Behavioral Interview - They mostly want to know how you would function in their workspace. The questions also focus on teamwork.
Junior Software Developer
After introductions, the recruiter turned the camera off and asked a list of Java questions. They did not ask about my experience in the field. It was a bad experience overall. The recruiter also did not explain much about the position.
Test Automation Intern
They ask you for easy concept questions like OOP, then they tell you to do a few easy coding questions. After that, they ask you questions like how would you debug something.
