Salary is better than most places, as expected with automotive. Workload is manageable.
Because it's unionized, there isn't much you can do as part of management. People do as little as possible to get by.
Value your workers and have a fair practice for promotions.

The interview comprised of basic questions regarding software testing, with additional technical questions about test plans. For example, I was asked about a process for testing a random machine, such as a rice cooker in my case.
Tooling Engineer
