Willingness to accommodate employees from TWAs to ease of lateral movement.
Respect given to everyone.
Lack of accountability for incompetence. Too many charity cases. Hyper-focused on political correctness. Occasional email warning everyone to mind their microaggressions, or anything that could be interpreted as microaggressions, or even thinking microaggressively, or even considering the word 'microaggression'.
People who do absolutely nothing are a detriment to the product, a weight on people who care, and a drain on the company's bottom line, which hurts all of us. The over-importance placed on inclusion blinds supervisors/managers to individual contribution. Yes, I sound bitter. I am. I care.
