My work is interesting, my supervisor/manager are great, and work-life balance is supported! I like my coworkers, and the cost of living is reasonable in the area. As a woman engineer, I feel like I am a valued member of every team I've been on. I am given meaningful assignments and am supported.

Upper management seems to be constantly reorging and rolling out new "ways of working" that don't get rolled through middle management well.

Diversity at the top of the house is limited.

Connections between departments aren't great.

I don't see diversity in the vehicles we're creating or how we're marketing them. Profits are definitely being valued over affordability.

Listen to your employees on the ground. You're not taking your own advice about radical candor.
