Great coworkers and interesting products. People tend to be very helpful and supportive. Lots of tools, resources, and knowledgeable engineers at your disposal to help you get your job done. Opportunities to move across the company and do something new/different. Opportunity to take lots of time off if you stick around and/or buy extra vacation.
The bureaucracy can be a bit much at times. It seems like they started reorganizing at some point, and it never ended. The systems and processes used by the company tend to have a lot of overhead. Also, they keep changing the acronyms for their release milestones. It sounds trivial, but it will drive you crazy.
