Pros

Massive amount of overtime. If you're into that sort of thing. Like, seriously, you will never see another day off again. But your paycheck will be very large.

That's about it.

Cons

Screaming, cursing, and berating employees is a normal daily occurrence. It's the worst company culture I've ever experienced. I was shocked to see this at such a large company.

Company makes programming errors in payroll calculations, then a year after you quit, comes looking for the money they overpaid. They give you 30 days to pay or it goes to collections. How nice of them.

Subpar benefits for salaried employees. Your health and retirement will be worse than the hourly workers. Salaried employees' bonuses are usually far worse than the hourly workers', like $4-5k dollars worse.

Advice to Management

Quit. Stocks keep tanking, leadership is incompetent, and the work environment is horrible. It's only a matter of time before Ford is in deep financial trouble again.
