It was a pleasant experience. I had growth; it was my first job and I moved up in level over time.
The leadership is good and there is opportunity for development. You can change careers and start in another area again.
Not all areas have documented processes and you can get lost in your roles and tasks.
There is a lot of workload in some areas and not so much in others. It seems to be an imbalance and there is no compensation for overtime, just time for time. There is no recognition for going the extra mile; it's draining and unvalued.
Generate processes for the Design and Release area and develop a compendium of methodologies. You should always ask another person how to perform certain activities because there is no compendium of processes in that area. In other areas like CAE and CAD, there are written processes.
