Met with four engineering managers who had a set list of standard interview questions. They were wanting to hire eight people within the month, and I was only the fourth to apply, so it was a pretty easy interview.

I applied online in early September for a new grad position. About 2 months later, I was contacted for a 30-minute behavioral interview and then given a coding challenge to complete within a week.

It was a virtual interview. I applied through the Ford careers portal. I had the interview one week later after I applied. Unfortunately, I was not selected, but it was a good experience. I got the feedback one week later.
