A decent employer if you're stuck living and working in Michigan (the armpit of America).
You end up working in an office building that is 50+ years old, with filthy, unrenovated bathrooms, and no clean drinking water available whatsoever. You have to buy bottles of water since the building's tap water is unsafe.
Invest some real money in new office buildings and take care of your employees.
Provide clean drinking water for employees.
Try to encourage more out-of-the-box thinking instead of the usual "we are the world" nonsense.
The Japanese (especially Toyota and Honda) have far better quality cars, and they are not arrogant.
