Career development opportunities are not great. Hard to move from one team to another for most of the people. Sudden Reorg are common including layoff

It's been a few years, but I didn't make it. I had a few interviews with Ford back then. I had interviews directly with the hiring managers. There are two ways: you can either get a job with Ford or through an agency as a contractor.
