Pros: Typical auto industry benefits. Flexible hours are available for salaried positions. Appropriate salaries are offered with a well-structured bonus system. You know where you lie. Technical and management career paths are well planned.
Cons: Too big for their own good at times. Tangible and occasionally blatant levels of disrespect towards certain positions. Where you start in the company can greatly impact your attitude and optimism. Middle management seems to be a bunch of bobble-head yes men.
