Engineer
Introduce yourself at the beginning, and the manager will go through your experience to dig in and find out what your capabilities are. Then they will ask about your expectations regarding the company and why you chose Ford.

Just a few technical and behavioral questions. Concentrated on my previous work experience and course projects. They wanted to see if I can perform the job duties well. I was interviewed by 2 managers.
