Engineering Co-Op
The interview was not too difficult. It was a phone interview with a panel of 3 of Ford's employees. The questions were almost entirely situational questions intended to be answered using the STAR technique.
Tooling Engineer
Though an Engineering HR agency, I was greeted at the front door and interviewed with two of their managers. The process is highly conversation-based; we spoke over many topics related to the job.
Software Engineer
Recruiter reached out for a phone round. Then two technical interviews, both were not LeetCode style but rather web dev focused. I did not pass the second technical. The interviewer was hyper-focused on MongoDB questions.
