Cool products, many smart people, deep resources.

Cons

Leadership believes constant reorganizations and headcount reductions will address operational problems, but they never do. Leadership values those who do not hesitate to happily follow direction, whether that direction is good or bad. There are still some great people to work for here and assignments to work on, but you may get frustrated by senior leadership's lack of discipline and conviction to stick to a strategy. You may also get fed up with the constant "we will adjust our organization to meet our business needs," meaning we will constantly fire and hire.

Advice to Management

Pick a strategy and have the guts and discipline to follow it.
