Pay and benefits are okay.
I am sure there are good teams within the company. But the HIL team (Roush9) is not one of them.
Plenty of yes-men to suck up for the boss. If you enjoy doing this, you might like it here.
Unorganized, with extra bureaucracy, and a heavily toxic environment. This team is more focused on band-aids and quick fixes to present findings to upper management as opposed to building a solid foundation with repeatable testing.
The company reports that it is the most ethical and makes you take company training every year, encouraging people to "speak up." The people that do speak up are the ones they get rid of, so that the LLs can get perfect PULSE scores and receive higher bonuses.
The company also reports they encourage movement within the company. This HIL team blocks everyone from leaving.
Lies, lies, lies. Ford, where careers go to die.
Just because a supervisor has been with the company for X years doesn't mean they should supervise any department.
All of Ford is like this. They will have a guy who spent his whole career as a window switch D&R, where all they did was yell at suppliers. It is not right!
To now supervise autonomous vehicle testing.
Have fun!

Interviewed for the Quality team. Technical exam first, followed by a technical interview. The final interview was a meeting with the manager. It was horrible because the division seems to be under intense stress due to lots of warranty claims.
