Management keeps changing, as do the objectives. Contract workers seem to be exploited a bit. Deliverables keep changing.

Software Engineer (Internship)
The interview went well. It was pretty straightforward and standard, with Round 1 being behavioral and 1 technical question afterward. Scheduling was straightforward and flexible. I felt like my time was valued by Ford Motor Company.
Engineer
In person, two people (one was a supervisor and the other a manager) interviewed me. Each person asked a few questions, and then we discussed the position. Questions focused on past experiences at school and/or past jobs.
