Pros

Good and faithful people. A lot of employees have been around for 10+ years and are quite knowledgeable.

Cons

Many Ford employees attribute their success to the notion of loyalty. They often express the belief that Ford is a company that values its employees as family members, unless proven otherwise through rounds of layoffs. However, it is an infuriating reality that the Ford owners, the Ford Family, demonstrate a complete disregard for the well-being of their employees. They shamelessly prioritize their own wealth accumulation, paying themselves exorbitant dividends and indulging in extravagant luxuries, while refusing to take any pay cuts during challenging times. To add insult to injury, they callously resort to mercilessly kicking hardworking employees to the curb instead of shouldering their fair share of the burden. This infuriating state of affairs has left employees seething with anger and profound disappointment.
