HR contacted me within a couple of days of applying online. A phone interview was set up with the hiring manager, and they decided to fly me out to Detroit for a hiring conference. There was a case study that was given.

The interview process started at 7 am, which included background information about Ford. A group interview, where everyone had to present their case, and a one-on-one interview with the manager.

The day ended with lunch and an open question-and-answer session. The whole process from applying to getting an offer took two weeks.

Most of the questions were generic behavioral questions. Nothing too technical.
