Good work-life balance, good assignments, and an opportunity to grow. Good pay.
Company is very woke. Forced to make DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) goals for yearly objective settings, which impacts performance review at the end of the year. The company doesn't treat employees who don't have the COVID vaccine well. I'll leave it at that. Would give Ford a 5, but these two things cause it a 3.
Stop being "woke" and respect people's choice to not have the COVID vaccine.
