The corporate hierarchy is very vertical. There are several levels to pass to achieve an executive position.
HR policies are weak. HR Business Partners address only to the executive levels, and it's clear that the company does not have enough HR staff to support all the employees.
Promotion criteria and career plan are unclear.
Company policies fix a determined ratio of Jr./Pl./Sr. positions in each department (e.g., 20/40/40). Even if you have a high performance evaluation, you won't be promoted if this ratio is already complete.
The executive positions are never filled with professionals from outside the organization. This affects innovation and competitiveness.
