Very supportive department culture. Everyone was always willing to take the time to explain details or point me to someone who had the answer.
Great atmosphere and people.
It should be noted that all programs have their busy and casual phases, so I feel there could certainly be stressful periods from time to time.
The building that houses the controls group for manufacturing engineering is pretty old. No free coffee.
I was very pleased with my experience at Ford. The building needs to be updated, and coffee should be provided to keep everyone on their toes.
