Huge time commitment, 65+ hours per week including most weekends. It's hard to make any changes. Dealing with management and the union balance can be difficult.
Don't set so many roadblocks to making change. Process coaches know more about the way their line works than you do. Let them help you understand their line without any prejudice so that it can further the company.
