Pay is good and work is fair. Benefits are great. Work associates, for the most part, are great to work with. Work/life balance is excellent.
Mandatory O/T is probably the biggest con. It is always nice to get an O/T check from time to time, though.
Open up communication with hourly employees a bit more.

Apply, and then if they pick your application, they will send you to take a test. If you pass that, then a drug test. You really do not get interviewed. The easiest job to get, but a very demanding job to work.
