Great management in NVH
Able to learn a lot from very technical employees, but you have to be motivated to take advantage of what is available.
It can be a little slow-paced, and there’s a lot of bureaucracy. You won’t be trusted with a lot of responsibility at first. It’s hard to move up.
NVH management is great.
