Engineering Degree Apprenticeship
It was slightly intense with the amount of questions asked, covering a variety of scenarios. These ranged from asking about motivations for choosing an apprenticeship to understanding the various roles within the company.

The process was as follows: online application → online tests → telephone interview. The online application is fairly standard, just competency questions, similar to the telephone interview. Do some research on the company and the role.
