Processes - long, quite often - bureaucracy
To optimize HR processes (reaction time, being able to look out of the box, more motivation and undertaking), management, please change the ideology that if something has to go to HR, it is going to become a "headache". Make people believe that HR are our friends. Please create more opportunities for people to be more flexible with working days, hours, or schemes. I am on Elternzeit and was verbally refused to do Homeoffice or Part-time. As a result, I have to search for another job after more than 10 years with Ford.
