- A lot of training available;
- Personal life needs are often respected;
- Salary;
- Career Management;
- Poor head count structure;
- A lot of politics (what seems to be is more important than what it is);
- Company's processes do not reflect team's needs to have work done;
- Poor selection for leadership roles;
- Quality is not a priority;
- Lack of definition of Roles & Responsibilities;
- More people to follow-up than to do things;
- Poor stress management.
Give more attention to employees' frustrations.
Pretending they don't exist does not help at all.
