Great employees. Culture is generally friendly and helpful. People love their jobs. Good compensation/benefits. Upper management seems competent. Finally making good cars again.
- Huge company, so bureaucracy can be ridiculous/ineffective at times.
- As an engineer, I worked in a hideous sea of grey cubicles.
Make the engineering areas seem less dungeon-like!

Product Development Engineer
Two rounds of interview. One was a one-to-one, the next was 2/3-to-1. There was a large gap between the first and second round, approximately 3 months. Questions are mostly standard, though interviewers do have the freedom to ask what they want. The
