Pros: Ford has made an incredible turnaround in the past few years. The cars are top-notch and the general mood of the employees is positive. The CEO is extremely popular and cares about the well-being of the workforce.

Cons: Job security is a real issue whenever the economy turns south. The automobile industry is cyclical, and there will surely be more tough times at some point in the future.

Pros: Lots of new work and new growth in an old company.

Cons: It's an old company, and people are less likely to change their ways.

Pros: Lots of time off for new parents. A good amount of vacation and holidays. Recognizable company, a good resume builder.

Cons: Bad employees are not held accountable, and good employees are not rewarded. The workforce is not diverse; it's mainly white males, aged 50-60. The company has experienced some difficult and discouraging vehicle launches lately. Since bankruptcy wasn't declared in 2008, not enough significant changes were made to the company. Significant restructuring happened in spring of 2019 and may happen again.
