Helpful coworkers. Big company, so there are tons of opportunities. Lots of interns, so I never really felt alone.
Cyclical industry. Lots of layoffs during bad periods. Lots of waiting around, miscommunications, red tape.
Senior management is disconnected from the main employee structure.
