Worst culture. All work is highly undermanned, hence the workload is unmanageable. No innovation at all is allowed. The processes prevent you from achieving meaningful results. Even if you are driven to get things done, managers miss the point of why the engineers are there. The only way to be a manager of a small team is to stay for 10-12 years.
