Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Usually a group review with one person from HR, a manager for the area, and a peer. There were prepared and required questions from Ford. Then there was open communication allowing both sides to ask questions and comment.
Software Engineer (Internship)
Got connected with a recruiter after being recommended by my professor. The first interview was just to inform me about the summer internship program and the graduate program. Second one was the standard behavioral questions.
