Quality Engineer
One round interview with two managers. Very nice and normal questions. A few scenario questions that Ford has a standard copy of. All together a very pleasant experience; I got the job very quickly.

Once you are past the screening process, there will be an interview with the manager that consists of behavioral questions. The questions that are asked are not too bad.
