Interview was mainly behavioral questions, followed by a less formal plant tour by another quality engineer. I was interviewed by three people, all of whom were supervisors for the position.

The HR was down-to-earth and provided comfort during the interview. It was a nice experience to gain some knowledge about Python and identifying defects.

One round interview with two managers. Very nice and normal questions. A few scenario questions that Ford has a standard copy of. All together a very pleasant experience; I got the job very quickly.
