Good work-life balance. Good starting salary in India.
Some managers do not respect the individual interests of employees. They do not get a role of their choice, even after slogging in a role provided by the company for many years. Work-life balance may be bad if your team's requirements are such. Normally, it is decent in work-life balance.
Please value the individual interests of valuable employees.
